MPCM Inc. is well-known for the high quality products, from simple to advance for more than 20 years. As a reliable supplier, most of the items made by MPCM Inc. are covered under the manufacturer’s STANDARD LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD. The definition of STANDARD LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD does not cover any products that are improperly used, abused, or altered under any circumstances.
Product meeting warranty criteria will be repaired or replaced subject to MPCM Inc.’s sole discretion. Please refer to the RETURN POLICY for further information on the return process.
- STANDARD LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD
- Unless otherwise noted on the product page, the default product warranty period is one year starting from the shipping date.
- Any repair needs to be confirmed with the manufacturer via Customer Service.
- Customers must pay the shipping fees for returning the item accordingly, while we will cover the shipping fees to send the repaired item back to the customer.
- If the buyers have damaged/misused the item(s), the buyers will not be eligible for free repair. However, the buyers can return it at their own cost and pay a fee for the repair.
- Return shipping fees will be the customers’ responsibility in such cases.
- RETURN POLICY
Products that have not been installed or damaged and are not considered electrical parts can be returned. All returns must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). To request an RMA number, please email our customer representatives at sales@mpcmfg.com within 7 days starting from the shipping date. Note that the given RMA# is only good within 15 days from the day you obtain the RMA from our company.
If part gets delivered to the warehouse after the 15 days, it will not be valid and get refused. Orders sent back without a valid RMA# will be refused on delivery and sent back to customers.

- All returnable parts must have been originally purchased from MPCM Inc.
- We cannot accept returns on opened, used, installed, painted, tried, or disassembled part.
- Returned items cannot have missing parts, accessories and documentation provided by manufacturer.
- If required, customers have to pay for the shipping cost.

- To begin a return, please email MPCM Inc. at sales@mpcmfg.com to open a return case. Be sure to provide your order number, item codes or part number you wish to return and the reason(s) for the return. Our Customer Service will review your case and give you an RMA number.
- After receiving the RMA number, pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging and make sure:
- All manufacturer’s paperwork, parts, and accessories must be included.
- All returned items must be brand new, unused and in their original packaging.
- Returned items will be inspected upon arrival.
- No writing on or placing shipping labels directly on manufacturer packaging are allowed.
- After completing the packing process, send the return package to the address listed on your RMA.
- Unless MPCM, Inc. representative provides a return label, the cost of the return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- Be sure to retain the return tracking information.
- MPCM, Inc. is not responsible for damaged or lost items during the return process.
